What a difference a few weeks makes in the Cotswolds!
Having been blown away by the Cotswold countryside in May, Ron returned with friends to relive the tour from Burford six weeks later to discover how quickly the landscape evolves in summer. The May blossom was replaced by hedgerows thick with beautiful wild geraniums, scabious and knapweed and the fields of wheat and barley were turning golden ready for the harvest, the sheep had been sheared and the spring lambs had doubled in size!
