Refund Policy

By the customer; If you cancel cancel a booking the following cancellation charges apply – one week or more prior to tour £5 per person. Refunds for cancellations less than one week before the tour will be at the discretion of Cotswold Electric Bike Tours.

By Cotswold Electric Bike Tours; While every attempt is made to ensure that all tours run as scheduled, we reserve the right to cancel or amend before or on the day of the activity, especially in the event of severe weather or other unforeseen events. In these circumstances customers who have made payments will be offered either a full refund or another booking on a different date. Unfortunately, in these circumstances we cannot compensate for the cost of travel or accommodation in connection with the activity you have booked through us.
